On July 26, 2023, Hunter Biden, son of the President, will attend a plea deal hearing at the U.S. District Court in Wilmington, Delaware, after reaching a preliminary plea deal with the Delaware Attorney.
Hunter Biden will enter a plea of guilty to two tax charges felony, and a crime of gun possession, according to a Justice Department filing.
Judge Maryellen Noreika was assigned to the case and approved the deal. Hunter Biden is expected to plead guilty to the charges specified in the agreement during the hearing.
