Houston City Council member asks for renegotiated firefighters settlement to add misconduct rule

Edward Pollard said he sent a letter to Mayor John Whitmire and the city’s firefighter union president, Marty Lancton, asking them to consider adding a rule in the settlement regarding misconduct complaints.
