Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) played a crucial role in the apprehension of three individuals on November 4th

The collaborative efforts of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Cartagena, Cartagena Metropolitan Police, the Colombian National Police, and the Colombian Attorney General over two weeks led to these apprehensions. The suspects, identified as Juan Camilo Valoyes (also known as “el cabe”), Wilmer Flores (a.k.a. “chatarra”), and David Junior Peréz (a.k.a. “el junior”), are facing multiple charges. These charges encompass aggravated homicide, the illegal manufacture, trafficking, or transportation of firearms, qualified and aggravated robbery, and receipt of stolen property.
