Racine County Circuit Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, Wisconsin judge, Released John Tate II From Allegation, Racine Journal Times Published. Tate Was Charge Last April 18 For Abusing His Public Power For His Own Benefit. He Was Allegedly Applying For A Position As Common Council President While Holding Public Office.
Charged for Abusing Public Position
Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, Racine County Circuit, freed John Tate II from his charges. On April 18, Tate is charged for allegedly using his position for his benefit, accepting the job of being the Common Council President.
Initially, he would resign as a legislator to start his role as director in mid-November. But failed to do so until the end of his term on April 17, after being told that it is against the law for public official to hold another position while being active in the service.

His attorneys appealed that tate only did a job of a public employee privately and in good faith. The case was dissmised without any impairment. Nevertheless, if anything will be revealed he can be charged again.
