The former Dothan pageant queen, Lindsay Shiver, who was allegedly involved in a plot to murder her husband, has been granted a $100,000 cash bond by a Bahamas judge

As part of the conditions, former Dothan pageant queen Lindsay Shiver is required to stay in The Bahamas until her hearing on October 5, as mandated by the Supreme Court judge. Both Terrance Bethel and Faron Newbold (also known as Faron Roberts, Jr.) have also been subjected to a curfew.

To ensure compliance, former Dothan pageant queen Lindsay Shiver must wear an ankle monitor while awaiting the court proceedings. Bahamian authorities believe that the trio conspired to murder Robert Shiver on July 16, based on a report from the Bahamas Court News last week.

Interestingly, Robert Shiver has reportedly not informed the couple’s three children about the alleged plot

Currently, he is residing with the children in their multi-million dollar home in Thomasville, Georgia. Pageant queen Lindsay Shiver’s background as a pageant queen is notable, having been crowned Miss Houston County in 2005 and securing second place in the Miss National Peanut Festival of the same year. Pageant queen Lindsay Shiver met her husband in 2008 while both attended Auburn University, where Robert was a football team captain.

The couple’s children are all under the age of 12. The case continues to draw attention and speculation as more details emerge surrounding the alleged murder plot.
