Former Marine Arrested After Caught Fatally Choking Jordan Neely on Subway

A 24-year-old former marine named Daniel Penny was arrested after he was caught choking Jordan Neely to death on the Manhattan subway in front of several passengers.

During the investigation, a freelance journalist surrendered a video showing the details of the murder case, wherein the former marine was clearly seen choking Neely for several minutes, which eventually led to his tragic death.

However, the former marine denied holding Neely for 15 minutes as accused by several witnesses and claimed that he only held the poor man for only less than five minutes despite the video presented and the witnesses’ statements against him.

Former Marine Killing Jordan Neely Sparks Outrage Among Activists and Protesters Nationwide

Following the murder of Neely, several activists in different parts of the nation protested and expressed their anger for the former marine and demanded his conviction for his crime, addressing the evident racism that led to his decision to kill the poor man.

The former marine was charged with manslaughter for murdering Neely, a Michael Jackson impersonator, who reportedly had been suffering from mental illness, Law and Crime reported.
