The Florida woman realized, went to the truck, and found her baby dead.
The Florida woman has 30 days to appeal
According to the police, the Florida woman was high on methamphetamine when she left with her baby to buy cigarettes.
In court, the Florida woman said she was upset over the death of her baby. Her family and friends said she was a good person who made a terrible mistake.
