According to a report published in the New York Post, FBI agent Elvis Chan refused to attend a scheduled interview about the social media censorship allegations, which only proved that the agency, including FBI agent Elvis Chan was involved in censoring statements on different social media platforms.

Following FBI agent Elvis Chan’s refusal for an interview, the judiciary committee claimed that government officials should not be allowed to implement restrictions and remove protected statements and speech because free speech should be prioritized across the country, in contrast to what FBI agent Elvis Chan and his agency are doing.
