Elon Musk speaks out about the allegedly Starlink-enabled Titanic submarine

The CEO of Twitter and SpaceX, Elon Musk, has spoken out regarding the abduction of an investigation submarine that was exploring the Titanic wreckage.

The sub’s operator, OceanGate Expeditions, earlier expressed gratitude for Mr. Musk’s Starlink service, which was made available by SpaceX and gave them connectivity to the internet while they were exploring the North Atlantic Ocean.

“Thank you @Starlink, we’ve got the access to the internet that we require to make our #Titanic dive operations go smoothly while being stuck in the middle of the North Atlantic!” This month, the organization tweeted.

In response to a tweet from Snopes, which noted that Mr. Musk is the CEO of SpaceX, the company that operates the Starlink service, Mr. Musk published a statement. The link between Starlink and the sub, he said, was a “psyop.”

“You won’t run as an effective psy op,” Mr. Musk said.

Monday claims that OceanGate Expeditions was out of touch with the sub and its occupants triggered a mad rush to find the ship before its life assistance is lost.
