In the lawsuit claiming improper management of secret files from his period in the White House, special counsel Jack Smith on Thursday filed new allegations against former president Donald Trump.

Aides Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, the maintenance staff at Mar-a-Lago, are accused of trying to erase CCTV footage from the former president’s property following the Justice Department filed a subpoena for it, according to the changed indictment.

There were two new accusations of interference and one more case of deliberate retention of national security material brought against Trump, who was already facing 37 criminal allegations.

Trump was accused of knowingly keeping a top-secret paper that was a “presentation regarding military operations in a foreign country,” which CNN identified as Iran, based on the indictment.
