“Deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor with Joe Biden’s DOJ, delivered a letter claiming that I feel an AIM of the January 6th Grand Jury inquiry, providing me barely four days to submit a report to the Grand Jury, which typically indicates an Arrest and Indictment,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Two individuals who know the situation told CNN that on Sunday, Smith’s team sent a target statement to Trump’s lawyers, such as Todd Blanche, warning them that the client might be charged in the probe into attempts to manipulate the 2020 election.
