Delta pilot files lawsuit after falling due to his foot being “swallowed” by a moving walkway at Denver airport

A Delta pilot was injured when he fell at Denver International Airport and sustained damages after his foot got trapped in a moving walkway. He has filed a lawsuit for this incident.

Utah-based pilot Kenneth Gow filed a lawsuit against TK Elevator Corporation in December, stating that the accident was caused by a missing component on the end of the walkway.

He sustained wounds to his foot and shoulder after the incident, which happened in November 2022, which necessitated physical therapy and kept him from working, according to KUSA.

Gow can be seen leaving the moving exit with his bags in tow in the incident’s video that the source was able to obtain.
