Damien Matthew Guerrero Was Granted Parole After Spending Almost 20 Years in Prison For Murdering and Burying 18-Year-Old Woman in 2003

Damien Matthew Guerrero was granted parole after spending almost 20 years in jail for murdering and burying 18-year-old Kelly Bullwinkle, who was friends with Damien Matthew Guerrero and another murder suspect, Kinzie Noordman.

According to a report published in ABC7, Damien Matthew Guerrero and Noordman lured the 18-year-old victim and later fatally shot the teenager in the foothills of the San Jacinto mountains, where Damien Matthew Guerrero and the other suspect also buried the lifeless body of the victim.

Following the brutal murder, Damien Matthew Guerrero and Noordman claimed that they had no idea what happened to the victim as they were watching a movie and having dinner during the time of her murder; however, Damien Matthew Guerrero’s accomplice eventually confessed their crimes to authorities, leading to their arrest.

Damien Matthew Guerrero’s Parole Receives Criticism from 18-Year-Old Victim’s Family and Others

After the parole of Damien Matthew Guerrero was granted, the victim’s family and others expressed their opposition and claimed that Damien Matthew Guerrero deserved to spend his life in prison after brutally murdering the victim.

Critics also claimed that if Damien Matthew Guerrero could kill his friend, he could murder someone again if released from prison, Head Topics reported.
