McFadden a convicted sex offender, along with two missing teenage girls, were among the seven bodies found at the residence

McFadden, 39, was found dead just hours after he missed a scheduled court appearance. The missing girls, 14-year-old Ivy Webster and 16-year-old Brittany Brewer were last seen in Henryetta and were believed to have been traveling with McFadden. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol had issued an endangered/missing advisory for the girls. The bodies were found on the property where McFadden lived, according to Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice. The medical examiner will confirm their identities.

McFadden was scheduled to stand trial on charges of solicitation of a minor on Monday morning but failed to appear in court. A bench warrant was issued for his failure to appear, and it was during the execution of a search warrant that the bodies were discovered. The charges against McFadden stemmed from an incident in 2017 when he was accused of exchanging explicit photos and videos with an underage girl while serving time for a previous rape conviction.

Ivy Webster’s mother, Ashleigh Webster, revealed that her family had been friends with McFadden’s family since December 2020 and that they lived on the same block. She expressed shock at McFadden’s criminal history, stating that there had never been any issues with the family before. Ashleigh Webster received messages from Ivy via Snapchat on Saturday and Sunday but became concerned when Ivy didn’t return home and failed to show up at school.
