The school dance teacher already faced sexual charges in 2004, but he was found innocent and immediately returned to teaching until the present time despite his past records of sexual abuse to students.

Following the school dance teacher’s conviction, the public school district will pay $3.25 in a settlement after the victims also filed a lawsuit against the school for not investigating the claims of sexual abuse and even allowing him to share rooms with students during school trips.

The school dance teacher is set to face up to life in prison for raping and sexually abusing his students.
