Bob Lee, the Cash App founder, was killed by Nima Momeni, a tech entrepreneur and an IT consultant in San Francisco. The autopsy report of the Cash App founder revealed his cause of death.

Autopsy Report revealed the cause of death of the Cash App founder

According to the Chief Medical Examiner of the San Francisco Office, the perpetrator had stabbed the cash app founder in the lung and heart. He was stabbed three times, including a stab on the right posterior lateral inferior vehicle and a right lateral anterior inferior ventricle of his heart.

The toxicology result of the cash app founder found alcohol, ketamine, and cocaine in his system when he died. But it was not listed as a factor of the cash app founder’s cause of death.

There is also allergy medication found in the system of the cash app founder. The Medical examiner stated.

On April 4, 2023, Bob Lee, a cash app founder, was found in the Street of Rincon Hills, San Francisco. The doctors were trying to save the life of the cash app founder for hours before he died.

Police authorities have arrested and charged Nima Momeni, a tech entrepreneur and an IT consultant, as the perpetrator of the cash app founder’s death.
