Domestic Violence Suspect Accuses California Cop of Stealing Cell Phones and Money from Him During Arrest

A domestic violence suspect accused a 37-year-old California cop, identified as Jeffrey King, of stealing his cell phones and money while he was arresting him last June 2022.

According to reports from True Crime Daily, the California cop immediately responded to a domestic violence report in a home to arrest the suspect, who claimed his cell phones and money in his pocket were already missing.

The domestic violence suspect told the authorities that he was sure that the California cop intentionally stole his belongings from his pocket during his arrest because he still had them before the arrest.

California Cop Faces Multiple Charges After Stealing Belongings and Money from Domestic Violence Suspect

Following the stealing allegations, the California cop reportedly turned over the cell phones, but he never returned the money of the domestic violence suspect back, which broke his principle as a law enforcement officer.

The California cop faces multiple charges, including robbery and extortion, after stealing the cell phones and money of the domestic violence suspect during the arrest.
