Reports indicate that the incident occurred during a protest last week, where Bridget Shergalis and Calla Walsh purportedly targeted the international defense electronics giant, Elbit Systems, headquartered in Israel

Both Bridget Shergalis and Walsh now face a litany of charges, including riot, sabotage, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. The Merrimack police assert that the protesters, advocating for Palestine, obstructed the entrance to Elbit Systems, effectively preventing people from entering the premises. Subsequent investigations revealed smashed windows and spray-painted sections of the building.

The FBI has joined forces to conduct a thorough inquiry into the incident

Notably, Walsh, a self-proclaimed “communist,” has been an active figure in left-leaning circles, engaging with politicians such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. Meanwhile, Bridget Shergalis, a former Disney Channel star known for her roles in shows like Liv and Maddie and So Random!, now finds herself at the center of a controversy that has implications beyond the realm of entertainment. The case continues to unfold, shedding light on the complex intersection of activism, celebrity, and geopolitics.
