At the Chargers-Dolphins game, AI robot fans were witnessed

To the delight of football lovers nationwide, the NFL is back.

For Sunday’s season-opening games between the two teams, fans of the Chargers and Dolphins turned out in large numbers, and to several fans’ surprise, several AI robots accompanied them in the audience.

The “fans” were visible at field level as well as on SoFi’s double-sided video board, where they were seated with expressionless faces next to their happy human counterparts.

The 20th Century Studios sci-fi movie “The Creator,” which opens in theaters on September 29 and is based on a future conflict between humans and robots, will be promoted by the placement of these billboards all over the stadium.
