While the university understood where the demands of the Brown University students were coming from, they believed that protecting other students and facilities was important during protests within the campus, the Boston Globe reported.
Other Brown University students addressed their concerns in a calm manner to the university officials, expressing their concerns without using violence or defying rules and regulations in any situation.
