An inquiry has begun in Washington, D.C. following the discovery of a Quincy man’s body in a basement

Unfortunately, a 41-year-old Quincy man passed away in the country’s capital. His body was reportedly dumped in an alleyway by someone who abandoned his body in a car. Police are currently investigating the death.

Officials in Washington, D.C., have identified Alan Chi Chen as the person at the center of a current inquiry into a fatal occurrence. This is a live inquiry, according to the police.

An official from the District of Columbia’s Metropolitan Police Department stated that detectives are awaiting autopsy reports from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

A worried citizen reported to the police on November 30th that he had seen a troubling event on his video. According to the eyewitness who gave Boston 25 News a detailed account, he saw someone dispose of a body in the alleyway by dumping it out of a car.
