An Iranian-backed organization has claimed that U.S. troops stationed in Syria have been assaulted multiple times in a matter of hours, raising concerns that areas of conflict in the Middle East, such as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, may explode into wider slaughter.
2 drones were used on Wednesday by the Iranian-backed Islamic Resistance in Iraq organization to strike the Al-Tanf military base, which is home to US forces in southern Syria, according to a statement released by the movement’s spokesmen.
The gang asserted that the drones hit their designated objectives. Since 2016, American troops have been stationed at the Al-Tanf facility, which is close to Syria’s borders with Jordan and Iraq.
