Alabama Power Working To Restore Power Following The Winter Storm


Alabama Power has reported a decrease in the number of customers without power throughout the state. Earlier on Friday, they had experienced over 7,000 power outages due to the winter weather conditions.

As of 8 p.m., the Alabama Power Outage Map indicates that there are currently just under 2,000 customers across the state experiencing a power outage.

Alabama Power reports that Tuscaloosa and Fayette are among the areas that have been severely affected.
