Once a basketball fell in an individual’s backyard in Gastonia, North Carolina, and he reportedly started firing on them, resulting in the shooting of 2 grownups as well as a child. The Gaston County Police Department reported that as of Wednesday, the suspect, Robert Louis Singletary, remains at large.
Once Gaston cops got a complaint about a man discharging a gun at residences in his area on Tuesday at 7:44 p.m., the scenario started to take place. It was discovered that Singletary, 24, of Gastonia, North Carolina, was the actual gunman.
After the shooting, a man and his kid were both badly injured and brought to a hospital in Charlotte. A single woman had a light wound from a gunshot, while a second male was shot but was not hurt.
For Singletary, the police obtained warrants on 4 charges of tried first-degree killing, 2 charges of attack with an offensive weapon to murder and serious injury to a person, and a single count of felon in charge of a handgun.
For the knowledge that supports the continuing inquiry, the investigating department will provide a $1,000 prize. The police agency stated that Singletary must be treated as armed and a threat since he was last spotted with a firearm.
