A 31-year-old woman was arrested after shooting a Pennsylvania district attorney in the leg due to a $1,000 deposit and house deed complaints.

31-Year-Old Woman in Pennsylvania Arrested After Shooting District Attorney in The Leg at His Office

A 31-year-old woman named Porice Mincy was arrested after shooting a Pennsylvania district attorney, Paul Malizia, in his leg at his office due to complaints about a $1,000 deposit and a house deed.

During the investigation, authorities found out that the 31-year-old woman, in rage, entered the district attorney’s office and started tossing several things on his desk before punching him in the face and shooting him in the leg despite his efforts to calm her down.

The 31-year-old woman tried to flee the scene, leaving the district attorney wounded, but authorities eventually arrested her inside a home in Emporium, Daily News reported.

31-Year-Old Woman Faces Multiple Charges After Shooting District Attorney Due to Complaints About $1,000 Deposits and House Deeds

Following the arrest, the 31-year-old woman denied shooting the district attorney and claimed she only bit him; however, she still faced multiple charges, including assault and illegal possession of firearms.

The 31-year-old woman is held without bail while the district attorney is recovering from injuries he sustained during the shooting incident.
