Three Dead in a Tragic DC Vehicle Accident

The Metropolitan Police Department, the Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department, and the Coast Guard in Washington, D.C., received multiple reports about a DC vehicle plunging into the Anacostia River at approximately 10:30 in the evening.

A video filmed during the operation showed how several teams worked for hours using fireboats and a helicopter to recover the DC vehicle and rescue the people inside.

However, the supposed rescue operation turned into a recovery operation as all the victims were found dead soon after, Fox News reported.
