18-Year-Old Man Strangled His Ex-Girlfriend to Death in a Hotel Room During Senior Trip in South Carolina Beach

An 18-year-old man named Blake William Linkous was arrested after strangling his ex-girlfriend identified as Natalie Jane Martin to death inside a hotel room during their senior trip in Myrtle Beach.

According to reports from Law and Crime, authorities responded to a report about a dead woman found inside a hotel room and raised suspicions of murder after discovering evidence at the location, which led to the arrest of the 18-year-old man.

Following the arrest of the murder suspect, authorities did not give any other details about the said evidence and the possible motive of the 18-year-old man to strangle his ex-girlfriend to death.

18-Year-Old Man Faces Charges After Murdering His Ex-Girlfriend During a Senior Trip to South Carolina

After the tragic incident, one of the victim’s closest friends named Brookly Ferrell revealed that the 18-year-old man and the victim had been together for several years before breaking up and claimed she never expected that it would end in a tragic murder because the two remained friends even after their breakup.

The 18-year-old man faced murder charges and was held in jail for murdering his ex-girlfriend while the victim’s family was left mourning her death.
