At a sizable pop-up block party early on Sunday in Syracuse, New York, at least 13 individuals were hurt, according to the police.

Around midnight, police received a report of gunshots fired, and upon arrival, discovered “hundreds” of individuals in the area. Police reported that individuals were shot, attacked, or hit by escaping vehicles.

Police data depending on victims discovered at the location or a neighboring hospital indicates that at least 4 individuals were shot, 5 individuals were attacked, and 4 individuals were struck by automobiles. As reported by Syracuse Police Chief Joe Cecile, the city’s gunfire detector has detected hundreds of shots that were fired.

3 men and ten women, aged 17 to 25, were among the 13 reported victims, according to Syracuse Police Lt. Matthew Malinowski. All of them are believed to be alive.

According to Malinowski, police discovered the casualties on the road or afterward in hospitals.
