According to authorities, 13 individuals were shot, stabbed, or injured by vehicles in a significant violent incident in Syracuse, New York.
Police reacted to emergency calls about a gathering in the street around a block on Davis Street in the city following reports of bullets being fired, according to local TV station WSYR-TV.
“When officers arrived, they discovered a big crowd in the roadway. Officers joined the crowd and discovered numerous casualties who had been shot, stabbed, or hit by automobiles fleeing the scene after the bullets were fired,” according to the station.
Three ladies and one guy were shot, while five women and one man were stabbed. In addition, two women and a man were hurt after being hit by cars. All of those engaged were between the ages of 17 and 25.
“The investigation is very active and ongoing,” according to police.
