Eye-popping Property Tax Raise

A dramatic increase in property tax are felt by Colorado citizens. Gov Jared Polis said they could lessen the effect by settling it in the next year. Kelly Moye with Compass Real Estate and spokesperson for the Colorado Association of Realtors said the homeowners are going nuts and their Hotline doesn’t stop ringing.

Moye has already helped 20 clients having property tax popping out of their emails, said it was the craziest eye-popping tax. They can appeal by contacting their real estate and find a home that would fit in the crisis because it can be used to their advantage and check with their local county for deadlines and requirements.
