Before the start of Season 2 this summer, Star Trek: Odd New Worlds’ Season 3 was already renewed.

A 10-episode fifth season of Star Trek: Below Decks was also renewed by Paramount.

The second season of Star Trek: Odd New Worlds will debut on Paramount+ on June 15 in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Latin America, Brazil, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Weekly on Thursdays, new episodes of the 10-episode season will be made available for streaming.

The season’s Korean streaming service release date will be revealed at a later time, according to Paramount+.

The fourth season of Star Trek: Lower Decks will air in the United States in the late summer, but the precise date has not yet been made public.

Additionally, Star Trek fans may look forward to Season 2 of the kids’ animated series Star Trek: Prodigy in the winter. The fifth and final season of Star Trek: Discovery will debut in early 2024, as Paramount originally promised.

Season 2 of Star Trek: Odd New Worlds will feature the previously mentioned unique live-action and animated crossover episode.

Last July, the Star Trek Universe panel at San Diego Comic-Con announced the crossover between Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Lower Decks.

Jack Quaid and Tawny Newsom. Ensigns Beckett Mariner from Newsome and Brad Boimler from Quaid will join the U.S.S. Enterprise as a result of the crossover. Jonathan Frakes, an actor and director of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Picard, will be in charge of directing the episode.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, according to Paramount+, is centered on the time Captain Christopher Pike presided over the U.S.S. Enterprise.

The show, which follows the characters in the years before Captain Kirk aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise, stars Anson Mount as Captain Christopher Pike, Rebecca Romijn as Number One, and Ethan Peck as Scientific Officer Spock.

Also, it features Babs Olusanmokun as Dr. M Benga, Celia Rose Gooding as Cadet Nyota Uhura, Melissa Navia as Lt. Erica Ortegas, Jess Bush as Nurse Christine Chapel, and Christina Chong as La a Noonien-Singh.

Paul Wesley will return as James T. Kirk in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 2, and Carol Kane will make her debut as Pelia in a recurring role.

The forthcoming season was produced by CBS Studios, Secret Hideout, and Roddenberry Entertainment. Co-showrunners are Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers. Trevor Roth, Rod Roddenberry, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Jenny Lumet, Alonso Myers, Aaron Baiers, Frank Siracusa, and Trevor Goldsman serve as executive producers.
