What Makes The Eagles The Only Unbeaten Club In The NFL Is That They Have Yet To Lose a Game?

In Sunday night’s Game #6 against the Dallas Cowboys, the Philadelphia Eagles repeated the formula that had allowed them to win their first five games of the 2022 NFL season.

The Dallas Cowboys (4-1) and Philadelphia Eagles (5-0) meet in Week 6 with the AFC East’s supremacy at stake.

Against all odds, the Cowboys are on a four-game winning streak. The season opened with a catastrophic loss against the Buccaneers in which starting quarterback Dak Prescott suffered a thumb injury.

That injury required surgery, knocking Prescott out for several weeks and forcing quarterback Cooper Rush to take over.

Rush’s only prior experience at the helm was against the Minnesota Vikings in 2021.

Rush has yet to lose a career start and has given the Cowboys momentum heading into the second third of the season as the season enters Week 6 in 2022.

The Eagles are the only unbeaten team in the league. If they win on Sunday, they will become the fourth team in Super Bowl history to start the season 6-0 and have a positive turnover differential with each game.

The Eagles have one of the best games in the league and are one of the most efficient teams in the red zone.

They’ve scored on 18 of their 20 trips into the red zone, with touchdowns on 13 of those drives. It’s a 90% success rate and a 65% hit rate. Eleven of the 13 red zone touchdowns have come in open play, including six from quarterback Jalen Hurts.

The Buffalo Bills (4-1) and Kansas City Chiefs (4-1) square off in a repeat of last season’s playoffs in Week 6. (4-1).

Both teams had the top-scoring offenses in the league going into this week’s game. Kansas City scores 31.8 points per game, while Buffalo scores 30.4.

The game also includes two of the league’s most exciting quarterbacks, Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen.
