Liv, who comes off as privileged and frequently rude, has some getting used to, so now that the eight-episode first season has aired, we are cautiously approaching the topic of whether or not Wellmania will return for a second season.
Will There Be a Season 2 of Wellmania Renewed or Canceled Status
Netflix has not yet announced a renewal for the show. The show has garnered a variety of evaluations, and it seems that viewers are most interested in Liv as a character.
Celeste Barber, an actress and stand-up comic, portrays the role. She rose to stardom with her social media posts that parodied the glitzy fashion campaigns which Hollywood superstars would attend. About nine million people would follow her Instagram account, which would take off.
On IMDB, the program has a score of 6.7/10 and has some mixed reviews (date of publication: April 2nd, 2023). Concern concerning the show’s usage of profanity has also been raised; some people find that to be a touch off-putting. Everything is a matter of preference.
It does not appear like the show will be renewed for a second season, in my opinion. Although Liv’s persona softens a little in the latter episodes, indicating that she has depth and an arc, it might not be enough to keep viewers interested.
As the first season of the show does have a bit of a cliffhanger ending, it should be noted that the intention for additional episodes is there. If you are a fan, therefore, don’t write the show off just yet. We’ll keep you informed if it receives a second chance.
