After Assaulting A Police Officer With A Pepper Spray And A Chair, Peter Schwartz, A 49-Year-Old Welder From Kentucky, Was Sentenced To 14 Years In Prison. Schwartz Has 38 Prior Convictions Due To Assault And Threat.

Peter Schwartz is an avid of assaulting police officer in the US capitol during a riot. He was sentenced to 14 years for using a pepper spray on an officer and a chair. He also has 38 violations involving the same and was recommended to 24 years and 6 months jail time.

Schwartz has several convictions with the same criminal record. He is an advocate of the Donald Trump winning the election that said to be a ‘great lie’ along with many others. He even bragged that he is one of the rioters that injured hundred of police officers in the US Capitol’s Lower West Terrace.
