Local prosecutor Anthony Ciliberti, Jr, said that a woman is behind the drug trafficking in Fayette County, West Virginia, identified as Heather L Hewitt, 42 years old, the drug dealer of meth and fentanyl. She was sentenced to 60 years in prison with a fine of $25,000 for drug trafficking and conspiracy, she will serve 21 before granted Parole.
She was arrested in February 2022 after operatives bought the drugs from her operation. Law enforcement confiscated $250,000 worth of meth, fentanyl, cocaine. West Virginia has the highest rate of drug overdose with only a population of 40,000, 40 people already died of overdose according to data. Hewitt personally transported the drugs inside the state.
