Your September Social Security Disability Insurance check might show up this week in case you haven’t already gotten it. The people whose birthdays fall around the 21st and the 31st of any one month will receive the final September payout. If you’re unsure of when the cash is going to arrive, it all depends on your birthdate and the time you first began collecting SSDI benefits.

The paycheck is expected to arrive on the 3rd day of each month if you have received SSDI since May 1997 or before.
Yet, there are several exceptions. You will get your money on the following business day if the 3rd day of the month comes on a weekend or holiday. For instance, because June 3 was a Saturday, recipients received their payouts on June 2, a Friday.
