Those who registered for the Property Tax, Rent, and Heat (PTC) Rebate in Colorado by the due date of June 10 and choose to receive a payment via direct deposit expected to have money arrive in their accounts today.

The $7 million rebate program is designed to assist seniors and low-income households in balancing out growing housing costs.

The yearly maximum PTC rebate is $1,044.00.

The rebate is distributed in installments, with today’s recipients owing one-third of the total sum.

Therefore, the maximum payment that could be made today is a little around $350.

For individuals lacking direct deposit, paper checks would be mailed out on July 15.

The Colorado address of eligible individuals must have been their home between January 1 and December 31, 2022.

For solo filers, the income criterion is $16,925, while for joint filers, it is $22,858.
