Robert Kiyosaki, a well-known trader in Bitcoin and gold, a businessman in the field of financial education, and writer of the best-selling book “Rich Dad Poor Dad,” recently took to Twitter to forecast an additional terrible future for the American economy shortly.

He believes that once the current economic situation decreases, a depression will follow. Most of Kiyosaki’s tweets during the last 3 years have avoided mentioning the risk-hedging investments he previously pushed his followers to buy.

According to a tweet from Kiyosaki, “so many indicators indicate a major stock market collapse” and “depression coming”. The financial guru said that being an entrepreneur, he enjoys having a lot of control over everything, therefore he doesn’t like to play with the stock or bond markets.

He warns people who placed excessive bets on bonds and stocks to the point where their future now rests on such markets, urging them to “kindly be careful, and possibly inquire for expert advice.”
