Texas Disabled Veterans Property Tax Bill Will Head To Senate

On Thursday, House Bill 1613, or the Disabled Veterans Property Tax Bill, passed in the Texas House and will be headed to the Senate. Qualified cities will receive refunds for lost property tax due to the 100% disabled veterans tax exemption law.

The Disabled Veterans Property Tax Bill will be headed to the Senate

On Thursday, the disabled veteran’s property tax bill passed in the Texas House and will be headed to Senate Hearing.

The New law will qualify many cities in reimbursement for lost property tax due to the 100% disabled veterans tax exemption law if the disabled veteran’s property tax bill passes the Senate and sign by the Governor.

Representative Hugh Shine is the author of House Bill 1613 or the Disabled Veterans Property Tax Bill.

The Disabled Veterans Property Tax Bill will solve many problems provided it passes the Senate.
