To avoid such risks, Burgess strongly encourages residents to utilize the secure online payment platform or visit one of the tax office’s eight conveniently located branches across Tarrant County.
For those concerned about potential wait times at the branch, Burgess assures that online payment options offer a streamlined process. Furthermore, Tarrant County property taxpayers can utilize dedicated drop boxes within the tax office buildings, ensuring additional protection.

Electronic checks can be used without any extra charge, while debit or credit card payments are accepted with a minor convenience fee, imposed by the card company. Those who prefer phone transactions can dial 817-884-1100 during regular business hours.
