Houston Dallas Kroger Stores will now accept snap payments online. The snap payment online benefits will increase pick-up and delivery for consumers with food stamps, now known as the federal assistance program.
Shoppers of Houston Dallas Kroger Stores can now use snap payments online
In 2017, Nutrition Service and U.S Agriculture began allowing retailers to accept Snap Payments online services to make purchases for pick-up or delivery. Dallas and Houston are the first cities where Kroger customers can use Snap Payments online.
The Snap Payments online services will help the consumers to shop with no hassle, and Kroger make the shoppers shop more. Online payment is trending during the pandemic.
Snap Payments online is used to pay SNAP qualified foods and cannot be used to pay for any delivery and other shipping services. Agriculture Department will determine the eligible foods. This food includes fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, meats, bread, and cereals. A Sample of purchases not included in Snap Payments online benefits is liquor and tobacco products.
