Governor Gianforte signed the Montana legislature bill into law

Montana legislature bill will allocate a billion dollars toward income and property tax rebates and other spending measures approved by Senate.

After the approval of the Senate, Governor Gianforte signed the Montana legislature bill into law. The state will give income tax refunds up to $1,250 and property tax refunds up to $1,000. The refund efforts would pull 764 million dollars from state funds.

The Montana legislature bills will also pay the state debt, lower business equipment tax, and allocate millions for construction.
