Knox County Taxpayers are Encouraged to Pay Real Estate Property Tax Until July 7

Following the recent sending of the bills of real estate property tax in Knox County, several taxpayers are encouraged to pay their property taxes until July 7 to avoid additional charges.

Taxpayers in Knox County have two options for paying their real estate property tax: one option is paying online via credit card or using an electronic check at the treasurer’s official website, and the second option is paying directly to the treasurer’s office, which is open every Monday to Friday, from 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon.

According to Knox Pages, if the taxpayers did not receive any mail of their real estate property tax statement, they must contact the treasurer’s office as soon as possible because they will be charged with a late payment penalty if they fail to do so.
