According to a report published in WHAS11, authorities received a report about Kentucky lottery tickets being stolen, wherein suspects broke inside stores and wandered around the area to cash in the Kentucky lottery tickets they stole.
During the investigation, authorities immediately responded after noticing a cash-in of Kentucky lottery tickets in a gas station, where they discovered an 18-year-old woman named Telnesha Brown and an accomplice trying to flee by a jeep from their crimes after stealing over $123,000 in Kentucky lottery tickets.

Following the arrest, the suspect admitted to stealing over $123,000 worth of Kentucky lottery tickets and attempting to cash in to get thousands of money from the stolen Kentucky lottery tickets.
The suspects arrested faced multiple charges, including burglary, after stealing the Kentucky lottery tickets and trying to act as a syndicate throughout their crimes, Herald Leader reported.
