Based on the date of birth of every beneficiary, the Social Security Administration (SSA) distributes SSDI funds on the 2nd, third, and 4th Wednesday of the month.
This schedule states that payments are made to beneficiaries who were born on the first through the tenth of every month on the 2nd Wednesday. The third Wednesday is when individuals born between the 11th and the 20th get paid, and the 4th Wednesday is when those born between the 21st and the 31st get paid.
Individuals who were receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and SSDI prior to May 1997 will get their SSI payout on the first of every month and their SSDI check on the third, or the next working day.
When will the March 2024 SSDI checks will be released?
On March 13, SSDI beneficiaries who were born between the first and tenth of the month will get their deposit. Individuals who were born on Wednesday, the 20th, will receive their payment, and those who were born on the 21st or the 31st will receive their payment on the 27th.
The benefits due to people who joined the program prior to May 1997 and those who already get SSI will be paid on 1st march.
The Social Security Administration advises holding off on contacting the bank where you collect your deposits for three more mail days to inquire about any potential issues if you fail to get your paycheck on the scheduled date.
