Molson Coors, the owner of the Miller Brewing Company, is paying a settlement to former customers after his company was accused of mislabeling their drinks. The complainant called it misleading and dangerous.
Molson Coors created popular alcoholic drinks like Blue Moon. He faced a settlement lawsuit after consumers alleged that their Vizzy products claimed the liquid with vitamin C did not contain enough of it to warrant their branding.
Molson Coors, the owner of the Miller Brewing Company, did not confess any wrongdoing in the settlement lawsuit. But the owner agreed to pay out a $ 9.5 million settlement.
US residents who bought Vizzy hard seltzer from January 1, 2020, to March 10, 2023, are qualified to apply for settlement. The consumers must file the settlement claims before June 6, 2023.
American Qualified Claimants can expect a settlement payout of $6 to $15.
