The children were taken from the custody of their parents without legal documents: a lawsuit is a must to check this

The Massachusetts couple’s children filed the lawsuit because their children were taken under their custody in an alleged child abuse report from a hospital. On July 13, 2023, the couple took their son to the hospital because he had a 103-degree fever. The hospital found that the child had pneumonia and a fractured rib.

They learned that the injury happened while the child was removed from the car seat, the mother slipped, and she caught the baby with one arm. The hospital reported the alleged abuse to the state Department Of Child And Families.

The police officers are armed. The couple who filed the lawsuit asked them during the incident legal document for taking their sons, and there’s none to be shown. The police told the couple they break the door and take the children by force.
