Small business owners still have a chance to get the free money intended for them because of the pandemic

The state emergency for the COVID-19 pandemic is about to end, and many programs by the government are also coming to an end. But, small business owners in Los Angeles City could still apply for monetary assistance from the government if they haven’t applied yet.

Los Angeles City offered monetary assistance of up to $15,000 to eligible small business owners who missed rent payments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Small business owners can apply until the end of the day Wednesday to receive the free money given by the government.

May 31, 2023, is the deadline for the application

The government is offering economic grants to all small business owners affected by the pandemic can use for things such as pandemic-related costs or operational expenses. The small business owner’s application must be submitted by May 31, 2023.
