For example, combining the two lowest tax brackets and lessening the rate of the new lowest bracket, 2.75 percent for income between $26,050 and $92,150. The funding proposal also deducts a $2,500 child tax.
Ohio’s House will use a reliable formula for the two-year state funding proposal. The proposal will prioritize teachers, health workers, education, transportation, and technology.
