According to a report published in the NBC Bay Area, the high rent prices in local areas have dropped from the high rent prices last year as the number of new and affordable apartments also increased, giving renters more options instead of always settling with apartments with high rent prices.
With the affordable housing provided to low-income renters, landlords were also forced to lower their high rent prices to encourage more renters in the Bay Area; however, high rent prices are starting to grow again as the cost of living also continues to increase.
